Application for registration.—Every registered valuer carrying on the valuation of assets of a company shall make an application for registration to the Regional Director in Form INC-22, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every certificate of incorporation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
