Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any air transport undertaking dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Punjab in Form CA-7, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate of airworthiness then held; and the Government of Punjab shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
