Intimation of change.—Every ambulance operator shall intimate to the Drugs Controller, in Form 19 and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Drugs Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
