Intimation of change.—Every producer of films shall intimate to the Press Registrar, in Form II and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Press Registrar shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
