Intimation of change.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment shall intimate to the Government of Punjab, in Form H and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Punjab shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
