Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a vehicle within a cantonment who ceases to carry on the plying of a vehicle within a cantonment shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Punjab in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every defence work held by him has been disposed of.
