Safe custody.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall keep every hazardous substance to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where mining within a forest area is carried on, shall record in Form II the description of every hazardous substance so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Rajasthan within forty-five days of the close of each year.
