Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a mine within a forest dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Rajasthan in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every wild animal article then held; and the Government of Rajasthan shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
