Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the point of sales person shall apply to the Government of Telangana in Form IRDA-7 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the Government of Telangana shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
