Application for registration.—Every point of sales person carrying on the sale of insurance products at a point of sale shall make an application for registration to the Government of Telangana in Form IRDA-1, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of claims held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
