Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any point of sales person dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Telangana in Form IRDA-6, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every cover note then held; and the Government of Telangana shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
