Application for registration.—Every kazi carrying on the functions of a kazi shall make an application for registration to the Registrar General in Form I, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every register of deaths held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
