Application for registration.—Every trustee carrying on the administration of the Fund shall make an application for registration to the Controlling Authority in Form 20, within sixty days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every scheme held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
