Application for registration.—Every private body funded by a public authority carrying on the receipt of public funds shall make an application for registration to the Grievance Redressal Authority in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty rupees and a statement of every information held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
