Intimation of change.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners shall intimate to the Citizenship Committee, in Form A and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Citizenship Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
