Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel lodging foreigners who ceases to carry on the lodging of foreigners shall, within one hundred and eighty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Citizenship Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every declaration of renunciation held by him has been disposed of.
