Intimation of change.—Every person carrying on the business of a pawnbroker shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form VIII and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
