Surrender of certificate.—Every sponsor of a competition who ceases to carry on the sponsoring of a competition shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every result held by him has been disposed of.
