Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sponsor of a competition shall apply to the Sports Tribunal in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand five hundred rupees, and the Sports Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
