Application for registration.—Every travel agent carrying on the business of a travel agent shall make an application for registration to the Competent Authority in Form I, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register of antiquities held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
