Surrender of certificate.—Every executive officer of a temple who ceases to carry on the administration of a temple shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every lease of trust property held by him has been disposed of.
