Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the petty food manufacturer shall apply to the Commissioner of Food Safety in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Food Safety shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
