Surrender of certificate.—Every petty food manufacturer who ceases to carry on the manufacture of food on a petty scale shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Food Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every register of purchases held by him has been disposed of.
