Safe custody.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods shall keep every hazard map to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the storage of inflammable goods is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every hazard map so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the National Authority within one day of the close of each year.
