Application for registration.—Every owner of a warehouse of inflammable goods carrying on the storage of inflammable goods shall make an application for registration to the National Authority in Form E, within one day of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every evacuation plan held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
