Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal in the custody of the Highway Administration Officer, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal; and where the Highway Administration Officer having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 29 within forty-five days of the succession.
