Surrender of certificate.—Every proprietor who ceases to carry on the use of a registered mark shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Geographical Indications in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 3 of the manner in which every geographical indication held by him has been disposed of.
