Surrender of certificate.—Every cable landing station operator who ceases to carry on the operation of a cable landing station shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every telecommunication service held by him has been disposed of.
