Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cable landing station operator shall apply to the Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five lakh rupees, and the Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
