Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of fireworks shall intimate to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, in Form II and within ten days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Sub-Divisional Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
