Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the electronic commerce operator shall apply to the Commissioner of Customs in Form GST EWB-01 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Commissioner of Customs shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
