Authorised agent.—Any cable landing station operator may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these regulations, shall intimate to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form E the name and address of the agent within fifteen days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within forty-five days of the revocation.
