Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cable landing station operator shall apply to the Universal Service Obligation Fund in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Universal Service Obligation Fund shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
