Definitions.—In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Commission" means the Goa Public Service Commission; (b) "Government" means the Government of Goa; (c) "said post" means the post of Joint Inspector Of Legal Metrology in the Consumer Affairs Department, Government of Goa; and (d) "Service" means the Goa Civil Service.
