Application for registration.—Every producer of plastic packaging carrying on the production of plastic packaging shall make an application for registration to the State Board in Form II, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of consents held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
