Surrender of certificate.—Every importer who ceases to carry on the import of goods shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Development Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form ANF-5A of the manner in which every export order held by him has been disposed of.
