Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a cold storage who ceases to carry on the running of a cold storage shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Director of Agriculture in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every insecticide held by him has been disposed of.
