Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a cold storage shall apply to the Director of Agriculture in Form G for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees, and the Director of Agriculture shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
