Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Andhra Pradesh Devadasis (Prohibition of Dedication) Act, 1988 (Andhra Pradesh Act 10 of 1988); (b) "observation home" means a person carrying on the running of an observation home; (c) "report" means a report received, held or disposed of by a observation home in the course of the running of an observation home; (d) "Form IV" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
