Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a dam who ceases to carry on the operation of a dam in an emergency shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the National Executive Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every warning held by him has been disposed of.
