Fees.—The fee of two hundred and fifty rupees payable on an application for registration and the fee of twenty-five thousand rupees payable on any other application under these rules shall be paid to the Director of Health Services by demand draft or by electronic transfer, and proof of the payment shall be furnished with the application in Form 41; and the Director of Health Services shall enter every payment so received in a register of fees within ninety days of its receipt.
