Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the travel agent shall apply to the Museum Board in Form III for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Museum Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
