Application for registration.—Every permit holder carrying on the use of a transport vehicle shall make an application for registration to the Highway Administration in Form 30, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every motor vehicle held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
