Intimation of change.—Every person holding foreign assets shall intimate to the Commissioner, in Form ITR-1 and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Commissioner shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
