Surrender of certificate.—Every promoter who ceases to carry on the development of a real estate project shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Competent Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form H of the manner in which every completion certificate held by him has been disposed of.
