Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a beauty contest shall intimate to the District Magistrate, in Form II and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the District Magistrate shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
