Intimation of change.—Every nominee of a member shall intimate to the Controlling Authority, in Form 31 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Controlling Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
