Application for registration.—Every subscriber carrying on subscription to a pension scheme shall make an application for registration to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 5, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every claim held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
