Safe custody.—Every subscriber shall keep every pension payment order to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where subscription to a pension scheme is carried on, shall record in Form 5 the description of every pension payment order so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority within ninety days of the close of each year.
