Intimation of change.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall intimate to the Competent Authority, in Form B and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Competent Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
